Manly Deck - Lamb Burger
7 / 10
This was an unusual one for me, my first lamb burger (as far as I can remember), but no disappointment. Could have rated higher, but the patty was just a little dry.
Manly Deck describes their Lamb Burger as;
Homemade Grilled Lamb Patty with Lettuce, Tomato, Caramelized Onion, BBQ Sauce & Cheese put together in a delicious Burger served with Chips.
This was an unusual burger for me, but I very much enjoyed it, it was very tasty.
The lamb patty was thicc and very tasty, it was a little dry but I chalk this up to being a ground lamb patty. The cheese and BBQ sauce complimented this patty very well and the selection of salad and caramelized onion came together for a really great package.
The buns on this burger were also unusual to me, a light crunch, but I'm not sure if it's brioche or another style of bun, but it was very nice.
Very different from a regular old chicken or beef burger, and definitely something to try.
A good, different burger, in a nice, relaxed environment. No real complaints here.
