A new dimension to a simple classic burger, and a new favourite.

Voyagers describe their chicken burger as;

Crumbed and fried chicken paprika fillet, tomato, caramelised onion, lettuce and aioli.

The Voyagers' chicken burger combo was an easy pick, burger, chips and drink, for only $18.

These chips were great, a thick cut, good even flavour, every chip was crunchy, not a single chip was undercooked, or soggy.

The burger was served on a plain white bun, that was not as soft as a brioche, but I nevertheless had no issue eating it, it was soft, with a crunch around the edges.

The salad was simple and effective. Everything was fresh, the tomato was firm, fresh and very tasty, the lettuce was fresh, and the caramelised onion was a pleasing addition.

I had opted for chipotle sauce, instead of the aioli, and was not disappointed one bit.

Now, the chicken fillet.

I waited until the end for this and for good reason. The fried paprika chicken fillet was amazing. The paprika added a subtle but very tasty new dimension to this entire burger. The chicken was real, an obvious fillet versus all of the ground chicken burgers around.

This really made this burger pop, and with the sauce, and the salad, made a very easy to eat and very tasty burger.

A solid recommendation to try this from me.
